By booking a session, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your booking (confirmation, reminder, cancellation). These are not marketing emails and are necessary to deliver our service. You may contact us to opt out of reminder emails at any time.

We retain booking records for up to 2 years for administrative and accounting purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We collect children's first names and grade levels only to facilitate tutoring sessions. This information is never shared with third parties and is used solely for delivering the service. All bookings are made by a parent or guardian.
